Because our products are fulfilled through third-party logistics partners, we currently do not accept general returns or offer refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer
  • Minor shipping delays outside our control

However, if your item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect
  • Or fails to arrive

please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to make it right.

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • A replacement shipment
  • Store credit
  • A refund when appropriate

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once processing begins, changes cannot be guaranteed.
