We make things simple.
Every SnapD order is quality checked before it leaves our fulfillment center. If something arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered — we'll replace it or refund it. Fully. No back and forth.
How it works:
Email us at support@snapd.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include a photo and your order number. We'll handle the rest within 24 hours.
We don't accept returns for change of mind — but we do take full responsibility for anything that's our fault.
